Shannon brings over 15 years of experience in recruiting and talent strategy, with a focus on nonprofit and mission-driven organizations. Her work centers on building aligned teams—connecting skills and passion with purpose.
Earlier in her career, she worked in healthcare IT recruiting, developing expertise in sourcing highly specialized and hard-to-find talent.
She holds an MBA from Northeastern University and a degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Boston.
